Threadhopping/jacking: As long as the thread isn't locked or filtered, yes.
Breaking the 4th wall: It's fine if your character knows some things about CLAMP, but please don't have them tell Watanuki that he's a manga character.
Offensive subjects: Not that I can think of at the moment.
Hugging: He'd be pretty awkward about that, but go ahead.
Flirting: Sure, but it'd go right over his head.
Kissing: As a sign of affection, sure, if it's not on the lips. Anything else is reserved for the one he's in a relationship with.
Sexual situations: He's not legal yet, so no.
Romance/relationships: I'm all for him having a partner, though it may take a while for a relationship to actually get to that point because he still has eyes for someone else.
Violence: Picking a fight is okay!
Injury: Yes, but no horrible maiming or loss of body parts, please. He's had enough missing body parts to last a lifetime.
Murder: No, please.
Mind-reading/empathy/mind control: He has no defenses against this, but please tell me first if you want the third to happen so I can think about it.
